DC/AC Aims Power Inverter connects directly to any 12 Volt dc battery. 

Inverter plugs directly into shore/household power (any 110vac outlet) and to a 12Vdc battery bank. As long as there is 110vac available, the inverter passes the power through and makes it available via its own 110vac outlets simultaneously it is charging the battery(ies). As soon as the 110vac is no longer available, charging stops and the inverter will use the battery(ies) to supply 110vac on it outlets when 10vac input is restored, that will again pass through the inverter and charge the battery(ies).
