AIMS Power will showcase an industrial-grade low frequency inverter charger product line at the ICUEE tradeshow October 1-3 in Louisville, Kentucky.
These low frequency inverters are said to be the highest quality available on the market for the price, according to company president and founder Bruce de Jong. AIMS Power also boasts the most extensive line of 12 volt inverters available today.
de Jong and staff will be on hand to work with potential customers on designing off-grid and mobile power systems built around their products.
“Our inverters power equipment used to analyze oil pipelines deep underground, to run medical equipment on ambulances, to power heavy machinery on work trucks, and in some cases we’ve even made specific tweaks to our products to meet the needs of larger customers,” de Jong said. “We like to say that there’s no job to big or small for AIMS Power.”
The company made the decision to attend its first tradeshow with hopes to work with more OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) on integrating AIMS Power inverters into their systems.
AIMS Power will also be looking for companies interested in reselling.
The ICUEE (International Construction & Utility Equipment Exposition) will feature several inverter companies, including Xantrex, but de Jong says he has something to offer that others cannot: lower prices.
“We’re able to create a product that works just as well as, if not better than, our competitors’, but we sell it for less,” de Jong said.
The difference in cost is quite substantial compared to Xantrex, as a 2000 watt low frequency AIMS Power inverter charger sells for almost $500.00 less than a comparable Xantrex model (SW2012). The AIMS model also has more features including the ability to operate at 50 or 60Hz (Xantrex model only operable at 60Hz) with nearly twice the surge capacity (6000 compared to 3300 watts).
