AIMS Power™ Warranty Program Update

Effective for Orders Placed On or After February 1, 2026

AIMS Power™ is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality, performance, and long‑term reliability. In support of that commitment, we are pleased to announce our most comprehensive, industry‑leading warranty program, designed to provide even greater protection and value for our customers.

Important Effective Date Notice

The new warranty applies to all orders placed on or after February 1, 2026.
Orders placed prior to February 1, 2026, will remain covered under the original (previous) warranty terms.
Orders placed before this date will not be grandfathered into the new warranty.

To ensure transparency and easy reference, both the NEW warranty and the PREVIOUS warranty are outlined below.

NEW WARRANTY

Applies to all orders placed on or after February 1, 2026

All AIMS Power™ products come with warranty coverage against manufacturer defects as follows, from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated:

High Frequency Inverters and related accessories
(PWRI, PWRIX, PWRINV, PRM, PWRIG) – 2 Years (some models previously 1 year)

Low Frequency Inverters and related accessories
(PICOGLFxxx & PILFxxx) – 3 Years (previously 1 or 2 years based on model)
AGM batteries – 5 Years prorated

Lithium Batteries – Lifetime <3500 cycles
All-in-One Power Units – 3 years (electronics), lifetime (lithium batteries – see details below under lithium batteries)
Solar Panels – Rigid 25 Year Prorated, Flexible 7 Year Prorated
Solar Charge Controllers – 2 Years (some models previously 1 year)
Solar Racks – 5 Years
Solar accessories – 3-5 Years (see individual product specs)
Converters – 2 Years (previously 1 year)
Cables – No return accepted
Fuses – No returns accepted

Within the warranty coverage period, AIMS Power™ will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product. Some products may carry limited or prorated warranties.

NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. REPAIR OR REPLACE ONLY. If item is not in new condition, or if returned with missing accessories and not in original packaging, restocking fees apply.

Return shipping costs for warranty service or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If the product is approved for warranty coverage, AIMS Power™ will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement item back to the customer within the 48 contiguous states.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Products determined by AIMS Power™ to be free of material or workmanship defects
Excessive wear, misuse, improper installation, lightning damage, or altered products
Missing or defaced labels, stickers, serial numbers, or identifying information
Improper care or storage (including water damage or exposure to extreme temperatures)
Systems that mix battery types, brands, or old and new components
Products that have been tampered with, altered or customized
Secondhand purchases or products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Products outside the warranty period
To protect the health and safety of our staff, AIMS Power reserves the right to decline any warranty diagnostics or repairs on items deemed unsanitary.

Non-Transferable:
The AIMS Power Warranty covers the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Proof of purchase is required.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER – Be sure to inspect for any damage or incorrect quantities BEFORE signing for the product. If you accept the product, make sure to have the carrier NOTE the damage before signing.

Warranty Return Process

It is our goal at AIMS Power™ to provide a comprehensive and hassle-free return and exchange process. As such, please review the below process before initiating warranty claim.

Contact AIMS Power™ via the AIMS Power return portal at https://aimspower.returnsportal.net/ to submit your warranty return request and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Note: Be sure to provide the name from the original order as well as a copy of your receipt. Include a detailed description of the problem.

An automated email will then be sent to the address indicated on the warranty return request containing further instructions regarding packing, shipping and documentation to include when returning the product as well as an RMA authorization number.
Once the return is received and inspected an e-mail will be sent informing you that the return has been approved and processed. If there are any issues with the return, an additional e-mail will be sent notifying you of such.

Other Items of note:

AIMS Power™ DOES NOT cover shipping fees for warrantied product sent to AIMS Power. Any product that has been returned and deemed to be of working condition, or was returned without all of the required information, and/or the customer has not paid for return shipping, may be disposed of or destroyed after 30 days.
Any requested information that is not provided in a timely manner could result in delayed processing of your warranty.
When shipping the product for a return:
- Ensure the product is packed accordingly to avoid being damaged in-transit. Include original packaging, if possible. Use proper protective material to ensure package arrives without damage.
- Use a shipping method that includes tracking.
- It is strongly recommended to insure the shipment.
- AIMS Power™ is not liable for products that are lost or damaged in-transit.
The RMA authorization email will indicate what, if any, other product contents need to be sent in with the returned product.

Lithium Batteries:

AIMS Power Lithium Batteries include a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects for up to 3,500 cycles. Cycle count is assessed through multiple parameters, including the internal Battery Monitoring System (BMS) and additional verification by AIMS Power. This warranty applies exclusively to units sold by AIMS Power or its authorized resellers and dealers. Battery warranty service is provided to the end user directly by AIMS Power at the discretion of the AIMS Power Technical Support Team. Warranty service is NOT provided by any AIMS Power authorized reseller.

Important:
Do not return batteries without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unapproved returns will be refused.

Diagnostic Evaluation & Prorated Credit

Once received, your battery will undergo a full evaluation by AIMS Power technicians. If the battery is determined to have a manufacturer defect and is non-repairable, AIMS Power will offer prorated credit or replacement based on the battery’s age and usage.

AIMS Power Kit (all bundles & kits) Disclaimer

AIMS Power kit systems are engineered, tested, and designed to operate with the components included and recommended by AIMS Power. Any substitution, modification, or addition of components that differ from the original kit configuration may affect system performance, safety, compatibility, and functionality. As a result, AIMS Power cannot guarantee that the system will operate as designed when non-approved components or modifications are used.

All wiring diagrams, schematics, and related documentation provided by AIMS Power are the intellectual property of AIMS Power and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

Any alterations to the original system design, wiring configuration, or component selection void AIMS Power’s responsibility for system performance and may affect applicable warranty coverage. AIMS Power does not warrant or support systems that have been modified from their original design specifications. Customers assume all responsibility for any changes made to the system and any resulting performance, safety, or operational issues.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping the product to AIMS Power for evaluation.
AIMS Power covers shipping of the replacement or repaired product back to the customer.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

This Limited Warranty is in lieu of, and AIMS Power disclaims and excludes, all other express warranties. AIMS Power further limits the duration of all, whether statutory, express or implied warranties, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the Warranty Period. AIMS Power’s exclusive liability for breach of any warranty on the Battery shall be in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty. In no event shall AIMS Power be liable for any loss or damages of any other kind, whether direct, incidental or consequential, including without limitation, lost profits, exemplary damages, special damages or otherwise, including removal, shipping, property damage, injury, or installation expenses, or for service calls, towing, loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle, lost wages, or any other consequential or incidental damages, all of which are hereby specifically excluded from this Limited Warranty.

PREVIOUS WARRANTY

All AIMS Power™ products come with warranty coverage against manufacturer defects as follows, from the date of purchase, unless otherwise indicated:

1 Year – Non-ETL certified units
2 Years – ETL-certified units
3 Years – Generators
All-in-One Power Units – 3 years (electronics), lifetime (lithium batteries – see details below)
Batteries – AGM: 5-year manufacturer defect warranty; Lithium: lifetime (see details below)
Solar Products – Product-specific
Cables – 10 years

Within the warranty coverage period, AIMS Power™ will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective product. A restocking fee may apply if products are used or if packaging and/or parts are missing. Some products may carry limited or prorated warranties.

Some countries and/or states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to buyer. This Limited Warranty gives you, as the buyer, specific legal rights, which may vary from country to country and/or state to state. This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. This Limited Warranty is understood to be the exclusive agreement between AIMS Power and buyers relating to the subject matter hereof. No employee or representative of AIMS Power is authorized to make any warranty in addition to those made in this Limited Warranty.
